Vonex Limited (ASX:VN8) has provided a promising update on its revamped Channel Partner program.

Designed to facilitate continued growth through the ongoing rollout of the National Broadband Network (NBN), the company has successfully implemented its nationwide Channel Partner recruitment and training program.

As a result, it gained 12 Partners in the first quarter of FY19 and has since added a further six Partners in the second quarter of FY19 to date. The majority of these are located in NBN hotspots including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

In addition, VN8 has deployed its intuitive Sign on Glass platform to automate Channel Partner enrolment.

The company has also re-engaged with 58 previous Channel Partners who indicated their interest in ramping up and scaling their contribution.

These re-engagement talks are a result of the company undertaking an extensive review of the existing Channel Partner program and identifying opportunities to provide further support and increase productivity. It has coupled this review with a refreshed incentives model to accelerate Partner growth and sales.

The company remains on track to achieve its target of 100 new Channel Partners in FY19, with the aim to develop a broad network of Partners who can meet the telco demands of its rapidly growing base of SME customers.

VN8’s Channel Partners sell the company’s existing product suite, including its cloud-based Private Branch Exchange (PBX) solution and internet packages.

Driving the new program growth is a business development campaign geared around IT and communications services providers and VN8’s appointment of a new business development manager and trainer.

VN8 Managing Director Matt Fahey commented on the announcement, “Vonex’s commitment to the Channel Partner program has helped underpin the Company’s consistent growth over many years.

“With Vonex’s proprietary sales technology, Sign on Glass, out in the market, we have empowered our Channel Partners to accelerate our expansion of new customer orders.

“In light of the business development opportunities created by the ongoing rollout of the NBN, now is a great time for prospective Channel Partners to join Vonex’s program and take advantage of the Company’s marketing support, sales incentives and cutting-edge products on offer to the business community,” he said.
