MSM increases audience reach to 33 million

MSM Corporation International (ASX: MSM) announced on Thursday morning that it had signed an agreement with Fullscreen Media (fullscreenmedia.co) to provide seed talent for the company’s Megastar competition.

Megastar is a global, mobile first talent competition featuring performers of any category competing to win US$1 million, a role in a film and various other prizes. Winners are chosen by fans voting in the competition through the Megastar app.

The agreement will see 19 high calibre performers with a combined total audience reach of 8.3 million joining the Megastar competition, bringing the total audience reach to more than 33 million seed performers and social influencers.

It should be noted here that MSM is still an early stage play and investors should seek professional financial advice if considering this stock for their portfolio.

MSM highlighted that the agreement would allow for more performers to be included in the future, and the two parties are in the process of assessing additional performers for inclusion in the competition.

Commenting on this development MSM’s Managing Director, Dion Sullivan said, “By locking in high-quality seed talent through agreements like this one with Fullscreen, we are ensuring that early adopters are actively engaging with high-quality content from the minute we launch Megastar in June”.

Sullivan highlighted the importance of providing fans with compelling content that encourages them to not only watch the acts, but to share and vote as an engaged audience, which in turn is expected to set a high bar when it comes to the standard of talent.
