Earlier in the year, Flamingo AI (ASX:FGO) announced an exciting new partnership with EXL Services — a leading US-based operations management and analytics company that designs and enables agile, customer-centric operating models to help clients improve their revenue growth and profitability.
Last week, FGO filmed an interview with EXL’s Chief Technology Officer Mike Toma about the partnership at the InsureTech Connect conference in Las Vegas.
During the interview Toma said, “We are very excited to have a partnership with Flamingo, and add them to our library of solutions for our clients”.
He went on to say that both companies share interests and strengths in the field of insurance, the combination of which EXL believes can bring “a powerful solution to the market in a really nascent, up-and-coming disruptive arena”.
“Flamingo more than many others have really tailored the AI and machine learning capabilities and the cognitive brain, towards specific industry problems. That attracted us to them — we thought, we can deliver more value to our clients.”
Toma also noted that the partnership had started to gain momentum, with FGO’s AI platform demonstrated at a recent EXL conference and received warmly by attendees.
