Winmar Resources (ASX:WFE) has appointed Airguide International Pte Limited as its strategic advisor.
Singapore-based Airguide possesses an exceptional track record of successfully advising ASX listed battery materials companies on business strategy, investment funding and off-take partnerships in China. It has two decades of experience in the commodities space, with the firm featuring prominently in the Chinese market for over 15 years.
WFE has engaged the services of Airguide to advise on key relationships and develop a broader strategic work program geared towards securing value-adding commercial agreements.
It’s worth noting that WFE is an early stage play and investors should seek professional financial advice if considering this company for their portfolio.
WFE Chairman Jason Brewer commented on today’s news: “We are very pleased to be working with Airguide as it is one of the few specialist advisors globally with operating and advisory experience in both Africa and China, particularly in the DRC and the battery materials area.
“Airguide’s experience in securing off-take and partnership investment agreements is well matched with WFE’s needs and positions the company for a productive and exciting future. We look forward to a very beneficial engagement with Airguide,” he said.
